1. General Provisions
Dinner in the Sky® is an aerial gastronomic experience. By purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or booking a private service, the client accepts all terms described herein. The experience is subject to weather, operational, and technical conditions.
2. Restrictions & Health
Min Age: 6 years (minors must be accompanied).
Pregnancy: Allowed up to 30 weeks if the belt fits securely.
Max Weight: 130 kg per person.
Not Recommended for: Severe vertigo, heart conditions, epilepsy, or reduced mobility.
3. Safety Standards
We operate under international safety standards. The platform undergoes technical checks before every operation.
• Safety belts are mandatory.
• Standing is prohibited.
• Excessive alcohol consumption before or during flight is prohibited.
4. Weather & Cancellations
❗ Organizer Cancellation: If technical, logistic, or force majeure issues occur, the event will be rescheduled.
IMPORTANT POLICY:
• NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstance.
• Tickets remain valid for rescheduling.
• The client may choose a new date subject to availability.
5. Client Cancellations
No-Show: Failure to attend results in loss of the ticket without right to refund or rescheduling.
Rescheduling: Only allowed with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability.
6. Food & Allergies
The menu is fixed. Dietary changes are only possible if allergies are reported at least 72 hours in advance. We are not liable for allergic reactions due to lack of prior notice.
7. Restrooms & Emergencies
The platform does not descend during the flight except for emergencies. If a guest chooses to descend, they cannot re-board and will forfeit the remainder of the experience.
8. Image Rights
By attending, the client authorizes the use of their image in photos/videos for promotional purposes, unless stated otherwise in writing prior to the event.
9. Personal Data
We handle client data in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data. Information is never shared with third parties without authorization.
10. Legal Liability
Dinner in the Sky® is not responsible for lost items, injuries due to misuse of safety equipment, or accidents caused by the client. In medical emergencies, the client authorizes external medical intervention.
Attendance Verification Protocol
Mandatory check-in process to prevent fraud.
- Selfie photo upon arrival.
- Photo of valid Official ID.
- Signature of attendance document.
Important: Intoxicated guests will be denied boarding without refund.
